Also, you may click Registration Form for an automated form that you can also print out. Just mail either to the address given along with the registration fee.

Remember to call the Boomtown Casino Hotel for room reservations. They have extended a special rate of $139.00 plus tax per night. The cutoff for this rate is 1 April.
